Refunds & Returns
The official policy states you have 180 days (6 months) from your order date to request a refund.
How refunds work (official process)
- Make sure you’re still within the 6‑month guarantee period.
- Email support with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Return all bottles (empty and unopened) to the returns address below, and send the tracking ID by email.

Note: The official page asks that you contact support and receive confirmation before sending your return.
After the return is received and registered, refunds are initiated and may take 5–10 days to appear on your statement (per the official policy).
